General questions
We will prepare your goods for shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order and hand them over to our carrier. For national shipments within Germany, a shipping time of 1-2 working days is to be expected. For international shipments, please allow 3-4 working days.
Collection from our warehouse is unfortunately not yet possible, but is planned for the future
All products from the online store have been carefully selected by us and all come from Italy

Shipping
We deliver throughout Europe. Also available outside Europe on request.
The shipping costs are currently charged per kilo.
From an order value of 69€, we deliver free of shipping costs.

There is no minimum order value with us.
The change of shipping method depends on the order status. If your goods have not yet left our warehouse, we will be happy to change the shipping method for you.
